Meet Angela Allen-Helms, MSN, PNP-PC, PMHS, Your Trusted Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Angela Allen-Helm, has been practicing pediatric medicine for over 28 years and is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to her patients. She is passionate about helping children grow up healthy and strong. Angela believes in building relationships and treating her patients as she'd want her own children to be treated. She believes that parents know their children best and actively listens to concerns, prior to formulating an individualized plan of care.
Angela is married to her high-school sweetheart, Scott. Together, they have nine children, including four children with various physical and developmental needs. This gives her a unique perspective in caring for children with a wide range of disabilities. She also grew up in McDowell County and has a genuine love for the children & families in the community. She has built strong connections and relationships throughout the years and loves watching her patients grow up and bring their own children to her for care.
